Catalyst Comedy is holding its annual auditions for its three main productions: Boston's Unscripted Musical Project (BUMP) and Kerplunk!

BUMP is an hour long fully improvised long-form musical performance with short-form elements.  So experience with music, short-form, and long-form improv is a must.

Kerplunk! is an hour long fully improvised long-form musical performance with short-form elements.  Designed for children ages 3-12 years old this show is highly interactive and very stop and go.

Sunday January 20th from 1-4pm and callback are Wednesday January 23rd from 7-9pm. Possible additional call-backs on Thursday from 8-10pm.

Are shows paid?

Yes.  Rates differ based on the show and how long you've been with the show.   Rehearsals are not paid.  Applicants should really be auditioning because they love this kind of performance and we make as many efforts as possible to respect you as a performer whether you do this for fun or are trying to be a professional performer in Boston.

When do shows perform?
